Campera Outlet (Carregado) and Ferrara Plaza (Paços de Ferreira), two shopping centers that Rogério Martins has been supporting in leasing operations, are now part of the portfolio of the Névoa group based in Braga, which has made a name for itself in the retail segment in Portugal.
Following the purchase of these two shopping centers from Fungepi - Novo Banco‘s Real Estate Asset Management Fund, the group now has 7 assets. The most recent acquisitions join Shopping Cidade do Porto (Porto), Braga Retail Center (Braga), Mira Maia Shopping (Maia), Darque Retail Park (Viana do Castelo) and Beja Retail Park (Beja). These 7 assets total 115,000 square meters of leasable area and 386 stores in the portfolio.
Luís Sousa Ribeiro, general manager of the group‘s real estate area, states: “We are convinced of the growth we want for these seven shopping centers, attracting new brands and services and attracting more visitors.“
The Névoa group also operates across other fields, holding assets related to car distribution (where it has dealerships for the most diverse and renowned car brands), real estate development, construction, the environment, parking lots and hotels.
